Weeks of tinkering before the system becomes useful.
Folders, properties, dashboards, templates, plugin settings, mobile layouts, AI instructions, and review routines all have to work together.
Made Visibly gives you a complete system for capturing ideas, organizing projects, planning your days, and working with Claude, Codex, or OpenCode—without spending weeks building Obsidian from scratch.
ShipFast removes the repeated setup behind launching software. Made Visibly does the same for your personal knowledge and execution system.
Folders, properties, dashboards, templates, plugin settings, mobile layouts, AI instructions, and review routines all have to work together.
A clear place for projects, areas, resources, people, goals, and daily context.
Working Dataview views for priorities, projects, tasks, and recent activity.
Consistent pages for projects, goals, meetings, decisions, and reviews.
A low-friction path from loose thought to organized, actionable context.
Instructions that tell your agent how to understand and safely work inside the vault.
Daily and weekly workflows that surface stale projects and unfinished decisions.
Every idea follows a simple route instead of becoming another note you never revisit.
Drop in a thought, task, meeting, screenshot, or business idea without stopping to perfect the organization.
Turn the raw input into a project, decision, reference, or next action using a repeatable structure.
Use the dashboard and review workflows to surface the few actions that actually deserve attention.
The vault is successful when it reduces the friction between having an idea and taking the next meaningful action.
Your command center brings together current priorities, active projects, open loops, and recent activity.
Weekly review workflows surface stale work, missing next actions, and decisions that still need to be made.
Claude, Codex, or OpenCode can work from your project history, goals, preferences, and prior decisions.
Projects, daily notes, people, decisions, and resources develop into connected context instead of isolated files.
Not a pile of decorative folders. Made Visibly combines a working vault structure, operating rules, templates, dashboards, and setup guidance.
Today’s focus, active projects, open loops, inbox, review status, and recent activity.
Structures that connect outcomes to the concrete actions moving them forward.
Repeatable planning and review flows that prevent your vault from becoming storage.
Capture opportunities, assumptions, research, and the reasoning behind important choices.
Keep useful relationship context, commitments, and conversations connected to your work.
Guardrails and workflows for cleanup, planning, research, summaries, and project audits.
Consistent note structures and shortcuts that remove repeated manual setup.
Clear installation paths for Obsidian, mobile use, Claude Code, OpenCode, and Codex.
The free vault proves the core workflow. The Founding Edition adds the full operating system, deeper dashboards, AI playbooks, automations, and setup guidance.

I made Made Visibly because my own ideas, projects, and AI conversations kept ending up in separate places. This is the cleaned, documented version of the system I use to bring those pieces together—not a mock dashboard invented for a landing page.
You should finish setup with one trusted place to capture ideas, see current projects, review open loops, and identify the next meaningful action. The system cannot do the work for you, but it should reduce the friction around deciding what to do.
Yes. Made Visibly is delivered as an Obsidian vault built from normal Markdown and supporting files. Your notes remain readable outside Obsidian too.
No. The core vault works without AI. The paid edition adds instructions and workflows that make those tools more useful with your local context.
No. The planned Founding Edition is a one-time $29 purchase at launch. The standard price is expected to be $49. Third-party AI or syncing services are billed separately by those providers.
Inside a folder you control. Made Visibly does not need to host your vault. Anything you send to an AI provider is governed by that provider’s settings and policies.
No. The emphasis is not collecting everything. It is an execution system designed to move useful information toward projects, decisions, reviews, and next actions.
The vault uses normal Obsidian files and mobile-friendly workflows. Some advanced agent actions require desktop, while capture, review, and normal note use remain available on mobile.
